Due to continues success and growth, one of the leading design and developers of scientific instruments are looking to take on a new Hardware Design Engineer to work on the design, research, test and implementation of new products.
You must have proven experience in hardware / electronics design, a degree in electronic engineering or equivalent and strong technical / communication skills. As an Electronic Design Engineer, you should be experienced in Analogue and digital design, as well as having a strong background of firmware development, project management experience and preferably experience of developing low-cost industrial products, where you will be
Working closely with other design, production and purchasing engineers to ensure design optimisation and timely product development
Desired skills:
" Proven experience in a mixed analogue / digital hardware design role
" Strong technical skills & ability to match appropriate technology to meet performance goals
" Desire to exercise technical abilities to promote the development of new products
" Enjoy working in a close-knit multidisciplinary team
