They are looking for hardware engineers, with a good degree in electronics or similar, who are looking to take the next step in their career. Ideally, you should have a strong background in the following:
" Analogue / Digital design
" CPLD / FPGA design using VHDL
" Programming skills in an embedded environment
" Development of PICs
