A leading UK banking organisation are seeking a Project Manager for a new, major IVR project based in Leeds. This major project will involve transforming existing IVRs to a new centralised platform and the re-write of a number of product specific applications, which include the use of speech technologies.
You will be well-versed in IVR technologies and platforms, having worked on similar projects in the past (Hollyconnects and Avaya Voice Portal knowledge ideal). Providing effective management of a team of up to 20 direct reports, you will be responsible for strategic planning for the path-finder and main projects, and identify and agree appropriate solutions and action plans. You will also manage project budgets of up to £2million.
Excellent analysis and planning skills required for this exciting new role and candidates must have a demonstrable track record in delivery of large-scale, complex projects, and motivational/ line management experience.
£40-50k plus bonus, car allowance, pension, healthcare, free shares
