Our client, a global blue chip, is currently seeing a technical infrastructure analyst to provide live systems support into the Middleware environment.
Remit will include reacting promptly to live service problems and system errors, identifying root causes and providing permanent fix, and the implementation of changes to components of the live infrastructure.
You will have in depth experience in a 2nd/ 3rd line Middleware support and/ or change delivery environment, and will be skilled in incident/ problem and change management (and ideally be ITIL certified). You will need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written , and possess a good team ethic. Technically, your skills should encompass as much of the following as possible: WMQ, MQ Broker, JText adaptor, Esql, SSL, Connect direct, Secure+, Gentran, IBM Tivoli Monitoring. Platform knowledge: Unix (Aix, Solaris/ HP), Mainframe, Windows
