2nd Line Support Engineer/ ITIL/ Technical Support professional required by my client, to £25k, Mansfield, Nottingham. My client requires IT graduates with commercial experience of IT Support to join their team at a time of investment and growth.

You will have experience of supporting a substantial amount of users in a 1st / 2nd line capacity and will have particular experience of ITIL processes, Windows XP, Server 2003, Symantec Back Up, TCP/ IP, Lotus Notes, Active Directory. Experience of AIX or Linux would be advantageous.
