Main Duties
- Deliver a diverse range of training, ranging from In-House Recruitment, Time Management, Customer Service, Appraisal Training, Presentation Skills, Diversity.
- Working with other areas of HR to design training around changes in policy and procedures.
- Work with the admin team to ensure waitlists are kept to a minimum and that training courses are in place to meet demand.
- Identify training solutions in response to requests from staff in the organisation
Essential Skills & Attributes
- The successful candidate will hold the Certificate in Training Practice (CTP), the training qualification awarded by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or an equivalent qualification in training.
- Have knowledge of learning and development issues and experience in delivering and facilitating training sessions to groups of 12-14 people.
- Excellent people skills.
- The ability to communicate clearly and professionally, orally and in writing, with people at all levels.
- Willing to work away from home for short periods.
- Well-developed interpersonal, presentational and representational skills.
- Ability to work on own and as part of a team who is keen to encourage and develop others and is able to work under pressure.
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft word, Excel and Access..
