Process/ Product Engineer - Austria - Permanent
Job Description and Responsibilities:
Process engineering
- Analyse and report process control and log data to increase process capability
- Support MEMS production by lot dispatching, "on Hold" treatment
- Interface to product engineering to find possibilities for yield enhancement
- Interface to subcontractors MEMS manufacturing processes and process engineering
- Supervision of process re-qualification
- Support subcontractors process development activities
Product engineering
- Analysis of quality records
- Attendance internal and external audits
Experience & Qualifications:
- Process experience within the semiconductor industry
- MEMS Knowledge
- Experience in usage of quality tools e.g. FMEA, 8D, SPC, APQP, MSA
- Experience in microelectronics desirable
- Knowledge of automotive quality requirements desirable
- Fluent in English and German
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Direct and goal and customer oriented work style
