The Client
My client is a world leader in construction with £2bn worth of project wins in the last 12 months. With over a 100 years experience in the construction sector, and with large-scale projects ranging from hotel and industrial building work to governmental, sport and leisure projects, my client is clearly an industry leader.
The Role
They are currently seeking a Senior Planner to be based out of their head office in North London but to work on projects through the South East. In this role you will be expected to provide leadership for all the planning and coordination processes and consistently develop and implement the detailed requirements for the company's business plans.
You will be a key integral part of the business chain and therefore must have proven experience in creating and enforcing strategies in collaboration with stakeholders and partners alike. As you will be managing and leading an existing team you will have excellent communication and proven managerial skills.
Criteria
You must have over 10 years experience within the construction sector and have a profound understanding of planning concepts. The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

- Excellent communicator and be of a confident nature
- Preference will be given to candidates who have worked on a wide variety of construction projects
- Ideally educated to degree level and proficient in planning software
Remuneration
My client is able to pay up to £55,000 per annum basic salary for the right candidate and offer a market leading benefits package comprising company car / car allowance, pension scheme, annual bonus, healthcare and generous holiday allowance.
