We have a Senior Analog Design Engineer role for either a permanent or contract engineer in Austria

Technical Job Description:

Development of highly sophisticated analog system solutions in the field of MEMs and RF systems
Development and design of high performance analog and mixed analog/ digital subsystems in state of the art automotive processes.
Investigation of various circuit design concepts for block level implementation and selection of the best circuit design solution.
Block level implementation and optimization for area, power, speed and robustness
Full chip implementation and verification. Supervising and guide of layout CMOS and BiCMOS technology
Development of the block specifications for further top down system development
Thorough understanding of system and chip level requirements and break down of design requirements to block level
Design considerations for yield, manufacturability and design for test (DFT)
Development of new and revolutionary test methods for efficient analog testing of embedded analog IPs
Support of the design characterization and analysis until production after silicon is available
Contribution to continuous improvement of the design methodology and development processes
Interdisciplinary and international project team working
Technical and consultancy meetings with present and potential customers

Experiences & Qualifications:

Good knowledge of Cadence or Synopsis digital design tools is a plus
Experience in analog design, circuit simulation, circuit analysis and problem solving
Automotive experience advantageous
Design-for-test know how
Experience in silicon analysis and validation
Open minded for system level and architectural level optimization
Communication skills in English
