Senior Planner / Construction Planner
A prestigious and diverse contractor is currently seeking a Senior Planner (Project Planner) to work on two major construction new build projects in Central London.
The Client
My Client is one of the UK's leading construction contractors with an annual turnover well in excess of £1.5 billion. They provide a broad range of business, transport and construction services to commercial and public sector clients in the UK, France, Sweden, Canada and the Middle East.
My client currently require a Senior Planner/ Planning Manager to work on various high profile construction projects in Central London. The role will be primarily site based and the projects worth anything from £50m to £250m each. Liaising with both senior management, clients, subcontractors, etc, you will be the focal point for my client on each major project.
Ideally the successful candidate will have the following:
- At least 5 years project planning experience with construction site experience (absolute minimum).
- Previous experience of working on large scale projects (£50m+).
- Proficiency with either P3 or PowerProject.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
Remuneration
My client will offer a market leading salary of up to £60,000 per annum plus an excellent benefits package, although this is dependent upon level of experience.
