Also, any experience in ASP, Cold Fusion, Commerce server or Visual Basic will be of benefit but is not essential as is an MCSE. And finally, Working knowledge of complex web hosting configuration components, including firewalls, load balancers, web and database servers would also be beneficial but again, is not essential.
