Application Support / Business Analyst Construction Elstree, Herts Our client, a well established, market leading construction company, is looking to recruit an Application Support / Business Analyst strong in support of Bespoke Applications, Construction Cost and Value Management systems (CPA - Causeway Project Accounting), and Sun Accounts. You will be working as part of a small team providing technical support and business analysis for the organisation's core applications. This includes investigation and reproduction of issues with multiple applications, testing bug fixes, release management processes, delivery of comprehensive training, producing support documentation, liaising with the development department and working to agreed SLAs. Experience in Causeway Project Accounting (CPA - Siteman), or similar Construction Cost / Value Management Systems and Sun Accounts is essential. Any exposure to Linux Scripting, MS SQL, and Report Generators is highly desirable. Please note candidates must have an analytical approach to problem solving with structured testing methodologies. You must also possess a driver's license and be flexible in order to travel to various UK locations.
