My client, a leading Investment Bank require a Back Office Desktop Support Engineer to join their global organisation.

Skills/ Experience (required):
Previous or current Investment Banking/ Financial experience; Windows 2000/ XP; Active Directory; Exchange; MS Office suite; Market data application (Bloomberg/ Reuters); MCSE.

Responsibilities (will include but not be limited to):
2nd line Desktop Support; IncidentProblem Management; Support Service Requests for Back office staff; Resolve 1st/ 2nd line IT problems via phone, remote control software or desk visit; Liaise with 3rd line teams to ensure resolution of complex IT issues; Project manage small scale project's from evaluation to implementation; Provide a high level of customer service when working in a highly pressurised environment.
