IT Support Analyst – Due to excellent business growth our client is looking to recruit a IT Support Analyst to join a busy Service Desk. The candidate will have excellent commercial experience in a busy IT Helpdesk environment and ideally be MCP qualified (this is not essential) You will be the primary focal point of contact for customers to report incidents, problems and make enquiries or request support in relation to services provided by the client. It will be your responsibility to manage incidents and problems through its full life cycle to satisfactory resolution. You will have a professional attitude able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrate excellent communications skills and able to work under pressure.
