IT Support Analyst required for leading organisation based in Darlington.
It is expected the successful applicant will have previous experience in a desktop support role in a Microsoft Windows environment 2000/ 20003/ XP and exposure to MS Exchange would be desirable. Evidence of further developing your skill set such as obtaining an MCP would be beneficial. Naturally you will possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable dealing with users at all levels.
You will provide 1st and 2nd line desktop support services either remotely, by phone or in-person in areas such as email, directories/ folders, desktop applications and project specific applications.
