Initial duties will include assisting customers by providing 1st Line and service desk support for reported incidents related to their Billing, Provisioning, Payment and CRM system, as well as providing support for escalated incidents. This is a forward moving company with advancing technologies so you will be working in a challenging environment and there will be opportunities to progress for talented and ambitious individuals.
Good analytical skills are a must, as is experience of incident management in a similar technical support environment. Experience of Payments including BACS, Lockbox and Credit / Debit Card payment processes, as well as telecoms billing and CRM systems is highly desirable. Experience of using Chordiant and/ or Remedy is advantageous.
