Senior 2nd Line Security Tech Support Engineer; Reading, Berkshire. Required to join Europe's Leading Security Systems Integrator and Trusted Security Partner for much of the FTSE 100.

The role will involve providing a high standard of 2nd Leve Technical Support via Telephone, Remote Access and E-mail on my clients product portfolio. It will also include picking up more difficult support cases, writing detailed TechNotes and providing coaching and development for Engineers when required. The ideal candidate will have the following: Excellent English and French communication and written skills; Good TCP/ IP networking skills; Previous experience of customer support/ Product or Application Support (Such as of Security products:RSA, Juniper, F5, Checkpoint, Bluecoat - But this isn't essential as full training is provided);

Any Internet/ Network Security experience such as of firewalls, content scanners/ proxies or Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and IT Professional Accreditations (CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Security) or equivalent experience would be highly advantageous.
