Fluent French speaking 2nd Line Tech Support Engineer; Reading, Berkshire. Required to join Europe's Leading Security Systems Integrator and Trusted Security Partner for much of the FTSE 100.
The role will involve providing quality Technical Support via Telephone, Remote Access and E-mail on my clients product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have the following: Excellent English and French communication and written skills; Good TCP/ IP networking skills; Previous experience of customer support/ Product or Application Support (Such as of Security products:RSA, Juniper, F5, Checkpoint, Bluecoat - But this isn't essential as full training is provided);
Any Internet/ Network Security experience such as of firewalls, content scanners/ proxies or Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) is highly advantageous.
