PROJECT MANAGER required to manage key programme deliverable, relating to Basel II Waiver and Use Test activity. Reporting to the Risk Transition Project Manager the role Will be responsible for end to end project delivery, management of internal and external resource/ consultancy and integration into Commercial Bank activity. Candidates must be able to demonstrate their experience in project delivery within highly pressurised environments
Key Requirements of the role:
Self starter
Knowledge of Basel II preferable (although not essential)
Has worked within Financial Services sector (preferable)
Excellent communication skills
Experienced in delivery of projects within challenging deadlines
Energetic
Must be conversant with MS Project
Non IT (this is business facing, business focused)
Flexible to travel between Basingstoke and London (as required)

BUSINESS ANALYSTS required to undertake a variety of roles to support Risk Transition Project Manager as part of key project deliverable relating to BA&SF Basel II Programme. Roles (1 for each) to support - Audit and Waiver activity, Programme Transition to Live activity (inc comms) and support for data quality/ MI initiatives. These are non technical roles - candidates are to be business focused/ facing etc.. Candidates will be required to produce detailed business requirement documentation and process maps.
