3rd Line IT Security Support Engineer; Theale (Reading) Berkshire. Required to join Europe's Leading Security Systems Integrator and Trusted Security Partner for much of the FTSE 100. This role will see you providing a high standard of 3rd Level Technical support to 2nd Line Engineers, and will include training on new products; Coaching and Developing other Engineers and also being an Expert on selected key products.

The ideal candidate will have the following: Excellent TCP/ IP networking skills; Excellent troubleshooting skills and Support Experience; Experience of Team leadership; Good experience of Security products (Ideally Checkpoint, Juniper, F5, RSA, Bluecoat, etc) and Strong experience of IT Security.

Also, support and IT Professional Accreditations (CCNA, MCSA/ MCSE, CISSP, CompTIA Security) or a Security related degree or equivalent experience is a definite advantage.
