Service Desk Analyst – A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Analyst to join our market leading client based in Warrington. The successful candidate will have excellent commercial experience in an IT helpdesk environment where you will be the focal point of contact for customers to report incidents, problem, make enquiries or request support in relation to services provided by the client. Experience of working within Service Level Agreements coupled with excellent organisational and communication skills. Highly desirable is you will be MCP qualified and have commercial experience of working in an ITIL environment.
