SC 1st Line Support Analyst.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a high profile client in the Milton Keynes area.
This role involves providing 1st level technical support and trouble shooting skills.
The successful candidate will have a commitment to succeed, and will remain well versed in Service Desk Policies. You will be targeted with call handling and Phone usage metrics along with customer feedback.
The successful candidate must be prepared to undergo DV level clearance
Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to 10 weeks.
