Engineering Supervisor / Engineering Team Leader.

Exciting role, build an engineering department around you. Starting with management of 3 engineers, progress to quickly with expansion to become engineering manager for the whole site. Work for one of the most exciting food engineering groups in the Uk.

The Role (will include;-)
+ To begin with leading a team of 3 maintenance engineers
+ Progressing to engineering manager for whole site.
+ Implementing PPM systems etc
+ Working with hi-volume automated food machines.
+ Some hands on engineering.
The Person (must have;-)
+ Worked in manufacturing maintenance roles previously.
+ Be electrically biased.
+ Worked in volume / automated manufacturing before.
