My client is the leading equities broker with unparallelled access across a number of diverse markets. Presently seeking a Support Analyst to provide first and second line technical support to internal and external clients on the trade desk. As such, you will need to have a good understanding of the European equities markets, and thorough understanding of the FIX protocol, with UNIX.
You will be engaged in the proactive monitoring of systems, and the creation, maintenance and control of web based support information. You will also have responsibility for managing pre-defined communication channels with internal and external business and technical groups.
Ideally suited to someone who has worked in a support role within finance previously, this role offers the opportunity to be challenged in a diverse, business focused role where you will be able to take ownership of the tasks at hand. You should have a dynamic, can-do approach to work, with excellent communication and problem solving skills.
