Senior Applications Engineer sought by leading fabless semiconductor firm. Scotland, Wiltshire or Buckinghamshire based, candidate requires previous AE experience within semi / IC / electronics industry and excellent customer facing skills. Preferable to have a good understanding of the IC design process.
Senior Applications Engineer role available with one of the world's leading suppliers of audio semiconductor components. Based in Scotland, Wiltshire or Buckinghamshire the successful candidate will provide the second line of support to the FAE team. You must be comfortable with EVB's and associated software and a confident communicator to be able to assist customers with design and diagnostics issues as required.
An electronics engineering degree (or equivalent) is sought, as well as relevant experience in one or more of the following areas; Circuit Design - (Mixed signal, Low power, Portable system, High performance audio or High-speed AFE systems). Or knowledge of - Audio subsystems, Power management in battery powered systems, Microphone technology or Noise cancelling techniques.
