A leading UK banking organisation are seeking a Project Leader to join a new team on a major IVR project, based in Leeds. This major project will involve transforming existing IVRs to a new centralised platform and the re-write of a number of product specific applications, which include the use of speech technologies.
You will have experience working on similar IVR/ Telephony projects and across the full project life-cycle. You will be responsible for delivering key components within the programme of work as well as providing line management to a small technical team. You will assist the Project Manager with strategic planning and plan the implementation of specific projects, managing risk resolution and support for live systems.
You may also be managing 3rd parties and liaising with off-shore teams so any experience in these areas would be beneficial. Excellent opportunity and career progression with this high-profile employer.
