1st/ 2nd Line Technical Support Co-Ordinator, Reading, required to join a Global leader of software solutions to the Hospitality and Manufacturing Industries.
The role will involve you providing quality technical support via telephone and e-mail for my clients ERP hospitality software. The ideal candidate will be from a Hospitality background (Reception Manager/ Supervisor for example) with a good knowledge/ understanding of ERP and EPOS Systems, etc. and will be looking to move in to a more challenging and technical role, although you are not expected to be from a Technical background but you should still possess good(general) PC skills. A Bachelors degree and also fluency in German would be a big advantage, but this is not essential.
