Senior maintenance management role with full responsibility for all maintenance issues across the site.
High level of involvement in plant equipment improvements and capital kit expenditure.

The Role:
* Managing a team of 5 maintenance engineers.
* Identifying and implementing improvements to existing equipment.
* Identifying and new suppliers for new equipment and managing installation and commissioning of new equipment.
* Organising maintenance schedules.
* Ensuring efficient running of the plant.
The Candidate:
* Technical / engineering background – mechanical or electrical.
* HNC – Degree qualified, or equivalent.
* Experience of managing a maintenance department.
* Experience of managing a engineering projects.
* Experience with capital equipment expenditure.
