We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager/ New Business to join the Technical Sales team of a global solutions provider based in Southern England providing technical/ solution strategy to clients
This position, focused on Business Service Management and Infrastructure Management, is responsible for working in conjunction with the sales account team providing training to internal sales and external clients/ customers, responsibility for presales and post sales activities within the department and key involvement in technology strategy for the business unit.
Key Requirements:
Longevity within the IT industry or IT technical sales related experience, ideally coupled with experience and expertise within Business Services Management/ Enterprise IT and/ or Infrastructure Management.
Experience working with Fortune 1000/ FTSE 100 customers, sales personnel, customer service, coupled with a strong understanding of the industry disciplines, technologies and applications
Must have the demonstrated ability to present to, and sell to, Fortune 1000/ FTSE 100 senior IT managers, as well as strong skills in the following: communication, negotiation, organisational, and teamwork
Bachelor's Degree in Technology related field is preferred
Travel of approximately 75% is required
