You will have proven Technical Documentation skills for IT systems with track record of taking part in the research, design, production, installation & maintenance of all technical materials & the production of technical documentation using appropriate software. You will design document standards, styles & formats to a good standard. You will be required to interact directly with other technical authoring services under your control & also liaise with design, test, support engineers & other document authors within the programme.
