My client is a central government department who are looking for a Infrastucture Manager. The role is required to manage the Infrastucture Support team and to design and to design, support & maintain the infrastructure and to interact with 3rd party suppliers.
Experience required:
• Proven experience of managing technical teams.
• Extensive technical infrastructure support experience (servers, workstations, networking)
• Proven and extensive experience of working in an IT service management environment.
• Knowledge of AIX / Unix / NT desirable
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Process management and control skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
The role will require security clearance to CTC level.
