Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Cheshire
£27000 - £28500 + Overtime + Pension + 23 days holiday
Are you a multi skilled maintenance engineer looking for good training and lots of overtime in a fast paced manufcturing environment?
The company have over 20 sites world wide and have over 200 employees on their site in Cheshire. They specialise in manufacturing unique packaging solutions for customers in many market places including transport, removal and stationery. They are going through a period of growth and have invested in new machinery across the site.
This role is for a Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias. Candidates with strong electrical skills are encouraged to apply also.
You will benefit from a secure position with first class training and development.
The Role:
* Electrical and some mechanical maintenance of all production machinery on site.
* Roughly 70% reactive maintenance and 30% planned preventative maintenance across all production kit on site.
* Working either a 3 shift pattern or a continental shift pattern. You may switch between the two shift patterns at some point so flexibilty to do either is essential.
The Person:
* An electrical qualification is essential.
* Experience of electrical fault finding.
*PLC experience would be an advantage.
*Mechanical skills on hydraulics and pneumatics.
