My client, a worldwide group, employs 350 staff from their West Sussex site. They produce products manufactured in high-volume. With a strong focus on employee satisfaction, they look after their engineers well. Working in a quick pace and varied environment, two days are never the same here!

The Role (will include;-)
+ Working on fast paced production and packaging machinery.
+ Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance work.
+ Planned / reactive work / project work.
+ Working on a rotating shift pattern, including earlies, lates and nights.
+ Good training, including induction in Europe, and external courses
+ Some involvement in project installations.

The Person (must have;-)
+ A background in maintenance from manufacturing / production.
+ Electrical and mechanical engineering skills (bias can be either way).
+ 3 phase and pneumatics skills.
+ Willingness to learn new skills.
