. Customer service orientation and ability to work in a team
. Excellent Softskill, Communications skills (Voice & Email) to handle global customers - German ( Primary) and English( Very Critical for German Support)
. Should have written communication capability in German and English
. Strong keyboard skills
Ability to perform in adverse situations Skills:
1. Trouble shooting skills and experience in handling Exchange, UAM, PWD resets and Lotus Notes environment
2. Troubleshooting skills on desktop and shrink-wrapped applications(MS office, Adobe etc)
3. Troubleshooting skills on VPN connectivity, dial up , wireless routers
4. Knowledge on active directory, domain controllers etc
5. Exposure to password reset tools
6. Troubleshooting experience using remote control tools
Certifications:
1. Certified professional on windows operating systems and networking
Key skills required: (in the order of priority)
1. Troubleshooting skills on desktop and shrink-wrapped applications(MS office, Adobe etc)
2. Troubleshooting skills on VPN connectivity, dial up , wireless routers
3. Knowledge on active directory, domain controllers etc
4. Exposure to password reset tools
