My client is a major IT outsourcing consultancy with offices across the UK. Due to recent growth they require a Lead Pre Sales Consultant to join their team, leading a team of consultants working in the Cisco IP telephony market. candidates for this role must come from a tecnical background with a solid knowledge of Cisco Call Manager, Unity, Voice Gateways etc. You should be familiar with other relevant products, SIP, H.323, other VoIP products. Also knowledge of similar products from other vendors is advantageous, ie, Avaya, Mitel, Nortel, F5, Juniper etc.
As you will be heading up the pre sales team you must have excellent communication skills and presentation ability as well as previous experience of managing a team of consultants.
candidates can be based anywhere in the UK but must be prepared to travel to sites UK wide, and also visit my client's London office at least once a week.
If you have CCIE Voice OR CCVP accreditation this will be most beneficial to your application - also any other relevant qualifications in Cisco such as CCDP, CCNP etc.
A good salary/ package is on offer - £55k - 65k base depending on experience, + 15% bonus and car allowance + excellent company benefits.
