The role
+ Providing technical support to clients
+ Working with the field engineers to maintain high levels of service
+ FULL PRODUCT TRAINING GIVEN
The Person
+ Must have a practical appreciation OR an engineering related background.
+ Computer literacy (Basic Admin / Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word / Excel etc)
+ Motivation to provide excellent customer service.
