Senior software developer with experience covering - Windows 2000, XP, Visual C++ , Gupta, Centura, SQL, C++, VC++, GUI, database, Hampshire, Surrey
Our client, a software house providing class leading products to the aviation and travel industries worldwide, has permanent positions for positions for senior software developers on Windows 2000/ XP using Visual C++ and/ or Gupta(Centura) SQL/ Windows at their offices on the Surrey/ Hampshire border
Offering a salary in the region of £35k (according to capability and relevant experience), the position provides involvement in all aspects of software development. Offering the opportunity to resolve technical challenges using a variety of tools and to lead small teams or manage the delivery of systems and modifications where appropriate, the role may also include some international (and UK) travel for installation, user training, client interface etc.
Suitable candidates should have a degree or HND in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar and five years commercial experience after qualification of software development for Windows using the above languages with experience of leading small teams and an in-depth knowledge of computer systems and software development.
Our client is a well established, friendly company, 20 strong and growing. Their modern office is set in a rural location with excellent access to major roads and good local public transport links.
