A Training Officer is required for our public sector client. You will assist by providing training within the Social Services department and also assist with the development and implementation of working practices and procedures. You will provide training on Departmental information systems, this will include Health & Safety and Security & Confidentiality, to a range of staff within the department and in partner agencies to ensure that systems are used effectively and to agreed departmental standards. The successful candidate will also develop, maintain, update and publish procedures, learning materials, user guides, instruction sheets and e-learning materials in accordance with departmental standards to ensure that the necessary materials are available for effective training provision.
