Position: Training Manager – Service Delivery

An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for a leading organisation as a Service Delivery Training Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining excellent working relationships with all site based stakeholders. You will also ensure the availability and planning of training to the Royal Navy.
Key Responsibilities:
During the rewarding service delivery phase the Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for the availability of training, liaising with User and managing the subcontractors. They will also task the Service Delivery Manager at another major site to ensure consistency of service on the two sites. You will also be responsible for a team of 40 subcontractors who will assist in delivering the training. The Manager will be responsible for building a positive working environment, which promotes an excellent learning experience for the RN trainees.
Desirables:
·Training management experience within RN
·Experience of Facilities Management
·Experience of managing a multi-disciplined team
