The role requires in-depth knowledge of the digital media / new media / web design / creative media industry and you will have commercial experience working for an agency in this industry sector previously. You will take charge of some of the comapny's clients, providing them with an excellent level of service and gaining their commitment with smart solutions so they come back with more business in the future. You will be able to talk to your clients about creative, technical and corporate and high-level brand strategy. You will need to keep yourself abreast of the latest developemnts in digital services and marketing services. The company is still small enough to require you to get involved with the more technical side of their business and project management (resource management and scheduling, etc) on occasion but this will predominantly be when the business is very busy.
