Details:Our client is a leading multi-disciplined Engineering Practice employing over 600 employees. Continual expansion has created the following position for an enthusiastic individual in our Reading office.
Key requirements include:
•Deliver training to professional standards in a number of formats including (but not exclusively); one to one, workshop group, presentation style and CBT.
•Develop and maintain the Applications Training Policy, in conjunction with the HR department to ensure training requirements are identified early in the recruitment process.
•Compile Training Needs Analysis Reports for the Practice on a regular basis, including recommendations.
•Liaise with third party training providers where appropriate.
•Promote new software or changes to systems and applications through flashcards and formal demonstrations.
•Compile and maintain user manuals for required systems and applications.
•Delivery of existing training material for MS Outlook and the Practice Management System.
•Design and delivery of advanced MS Outlook Training
•Design and delivery of training for other Microsoft products (e.g. Word, Excel, Project)
•Training Needs Analysis for all UK based Practice Staff
This is a highly visible role within the practice and will give the right candidate the opportunity to learn new applications and systems together with scope to attain additional accreditations in IT and IT Training. We are looking for candidates with solid level of IT Applications training experience, advanced Microsoft Office 2003, excellent verbal and written communications skills. You will need to have degree or equivalent in an IT related discipline and be a member of the Institute of IT Trainers (MIITT). Experience of working with CRM and Practice Management Systems would be very beneficial.
