Our client is looking for a digital physical design engineer with experience in the following areas: digital, IC, physical, ASIC, design, RTL, VHDL, Verilog, synthesis, back-end, place & route, P&R, PNR, timing analysis, STA, microprocessor, low power, implementation, micro-architecture, semiconductor.

This is a rare opportunity for a digital physical design engineer to join an exciting pre-IPO company in central Bristol. The successful applicant will become a key member of the silicon design team and will be involved in designing and physically implementing the next generation of processor products.

We are looking for a candidate with a good academic background and strong industrial experience in physical design. Our client needs someone who is skilled in Synthesis, Place and Route and / or Static Timing Analysis, ideally with some experience RTL design as well. Knowledge in low power implementations or microprocessor design would be an added bonus.
