Sales Account Officer - Travel Industry - based Kent

Established Travel business based in Aylesford require a new Sales Account Officer with the following duties:

To provide a comprehensive travel booking and related administration and support service for all aspects of the clients' tours.

To manage and take all bookings, allocate seating and locations.

To act as a Sales Advisor for all passengers and carry through the booking from the initial enquiry to start of the tour.

To maintain and update passenger manifest for each tour

Ensure all customers' needs are met

Dealing with the banking

Bursary Administration.

The overall purpose of this role is to ensure that you convert as many incoming enquiries into bookings and then to follow through to completion and tour.
