An ITIL Configuration Manager - is required to join this leading IT service provider.
You will have proficiency in the implementation and on going configuration management services and associates processes, working on complex IT estates. Preferably you will be ITIL Certified or have an excellent understanding of ITIL disciplines and functions. Also an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft / Project management applications.
As configuration manager you will be responsible for the management of the CMDB, to maintain and communicate issues and risk logs, to actively work with the MO and IS groups to provide a seamless service between infrastructure and application service provisions.
