Semiconductor Design Services company seeks an Analog (Analogue) IC Design Engineer. Experience in specification definition, transistor level design and optimisation, electrical simulation, basics of physical layout implementation, parasitic extraction and back-annotated simulation, layout verification. Application fields: A/ D and D/ A converters, PLL, Power Management (battery control, voltage regulators, low power IO cells).
A successful design services company based in Northern Italy, seeks an Analog IC Design Engineer to be involved in the design and verification of Analog/ Mixed Signal ICs.
Industry degree qualified (or equivalent), the successful applicant will have experience in all or some of the following; specification definition, transistor level design and optimisation, electrical simulation, basics of physical layout implementation, parasitic extraction and back-annotated simulation, layout verification, A/ D D/ A , PLL, Power Management (battery control, voltage regulators, low power IO cells). Knowledge of the Spectre and Eldo simulators, Cadence layout editor and physical verification tools (DIVA, CALIBRE) would be desirable.
