THE CLIENT – CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANCY:
Our client is a construction consultancy. An international cost management and project management company they have operations on every continent and have developed a sterling reputation for completing a number of prestigious projects on time and to budget.
THE SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER/ PROJECT MANAGER ROLE:
This cost management consultancy are looking for a senior project manager to manage this project from inception to completion. You will have had more than 10 years experience in construction of which at least 5 should be as senior project manager, managing a high profile commercial project from inception to completion.
Senior Project Manager you will ideally have several years of international experience of working in the UAE or GCC.
The role is mixed use commercial, retail and residential property. The work is high rise in the main so experience of high rise build would be a particular benefit.
THE REWARD FOR THE PROJECT MANAGER / SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER:
For the role of project manager you will be paid a basic salary of between £70000 and £80,000. In addition you will then be given an allowance to cover your accommodation and vehicle. Flights and medical cover will also be included in the package.
