My client is looking for someone who is more likely to have experienced a business application software environment, rather than people who may just have worked on Microsoft Office.
You would be involved in taking a customer through the implementation stage e.g. project managing an install, and training the users. The software mainly covers contact management/ CRM, order processing and sometimes accounting.
Management experience is not essential, but application software training experience is. Support and project management experience is preferred.
The role will include responsibility responsible for the support of the Clients in-house systems as well as the provision of software training for the Client. You will have a key part in the successful implementation of new systems including project administration and change control. You will Be responsible for monitoring and reporting progress, issues and activating escalation procedures. You will be the contact point between customer and programming.
Experience and Skills:
Essential
Application software training to individuals and groups
Implementation experience including project management.
Experience in managing, administering and supporting business critical application software. Experience of delivering software training to both individuals and groups.
User support.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent customer service and communications skills as well as good presentation skills
Preferred
CRM, Publishing or Events industries.
