The Role
The successful commercial assistant / intermediate quantity surveyor will be working within the projects team or the maintenance team. On the projects team the successful candidate will be working on small refurbishment works and m & e installation. On the maintenance team you would be providing procurement support, costing and agreeing payment of sub contractors, additional and minor services. Both positions would be assisting the Commercial Manager.
