In order to support the company's exciting expansion plans, we now require an experienced Trainer to be based at the company head office in Surrey. The role of Sales Trainer/ Coach entails:
+ Providing training and coaching in the full recruitment life cycle and sales process to recruitment consultants and service delivery staff
+ Design and preparation of tailored training materials
+ Management/ delivery of induction process and junior staff modular programme
+ Liaising with management and team leaders during training needs analysis and to implement effective personal development plans
+ Working with external training partners/ consultants for more advanced development e.g. leadership and specialist technical training
+ Carrying out competency assessments and role plays
+ Deliver value-added services to clients, e.g. training hiring managers in interviewing skills
The Sales Trainer/ Coach will need the following experience and skills:
+ A current trainer with experience in working with a recognised recruitment agency, or
+ A Recruitment Consultant/ Manager with a strong aptitude for training and coaching who now wishes to migrate from a direct billing role
+ Proven and inspirational communicator (both written and verbal)
+ Sound intellect and interpersonal skills, together with an energised and enthusiastic demeanour
