IT Trainer / helpdesk support. My client, based in Liverpool is currently looking to recruit an IT Trainer / 1st line helpdesk support.
You will be required to devise and deliver IT training. You will be required to support the growing user base in all current desktop software applications, hardware and any future developments to meet the needs of the business and in line with the IT strategy, assist in undertaking training analysis in order to identify training needs for a diverse user group. You will also be required to devise and deliver IT induction training to all new staff and partners.
The successful candidate will have experience of delivering IT training using a range of different methods, experience of implementing full training cycle from initial identification to evaluation of impact of training and be able to design and create technical and training programmes and documentation.MOUSD qualification is essential as is a recognised training qualification. MCT or MCLC would be an advantage.
